Charles Blondin was a French impressionist born in 1913 died in 1991.  Above paintings Circa late 1940′s-early 1950′s.

Charles Blondin was a French impressionist painter and printmaker known for his depictions of Paris during different seasons. Born in 1913 in France his most active period dates from c. 1928 to the 1950s. The Paris Etching Society and the Camilla Lucas Gallery published a colorful series of color etchings by Blondin of iconic views of Paris.
